Weight control seems to be one of the most difficult disciplines to master! It also seems that whenever a new herb or techniques comes alone to help us in our battle, the government condemns it!

The government aside, Nature helps weight control to a certain extent by naturally buring calories. That’s right, the body naturally burns calories during the course of a given day. The following table will give you some idea of calori burning through normal daily activities:
