How Influenza Viruses Spread

Contrary to popular belief, the influenza is not caused by exposing ourselves to the cold air, but rather by viruses transmitted through physical contact such as touching and kissing.

Influenza viruses are generally enter our system through two methods:

1. by touching our eyes, nose, or mouth with an infected hand
2. by inhaling small droplets of infected water created by an infected person sneezing or coughing.
